Refund &
cancellation.
This policy explains how Zevuna handles paid transactions, cancellations, accidental charges and refund requests.
1. Pricing before payment
The applicable price, duration and key conditions are shown before a paid transaction is confirmed. Payment providers may charge or display their own processing details separately.
2. Supporter contribution
Support contributions, where offered, are voluntary one-time contributions intended to support continued development of Zevuna. The amount and any applicable terms are shown before an enabled checkout.
3. Paid subscriptions or plans
Where subscriptions or paid access are offered, cancellation stops future renewal according to the offer and payment-provider rules. Access already delivered may continue through the paid period unless applicable law or the displayed offer says otherwise.
4. Refund requests
Refund requests should be submitted promptly with the account email and payment reference. We may review duplicate charges, failed provisioning after a successful payment, materially incorrect billing and other situations where a refund is required by the offer or applicable law.
5. Digital services
Because digital features may be available immediately after payment, a change of mind does not automatically create a refund entitlement unless applicable law or the checkout terms say otherwise. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights.
6. Payment disputes
Contact Zevuna first so we can investigate billing issues. You may also use any dispute, banking or consumer-protection process available under applicable law.
7. Timing
Approved refunds are initiated as soon as reasonably practicable. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and issuing bank.
8. Contact and grievances
Use Contact or the Grievance & Complaints page for payment and refund concerns.
